Base pay range

$53.00/hr - $62.00/hr

We are partnering with a fantastic school district in Franklin County, MA, to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering speech and language therapy services to students. You'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the academic year.

  • Location:

    In-person (no hybrid or remote options available)
  • Schedule:

    January 2026-June 2026
Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy services to students of all ages to support their speech, language, and communication needs in an academic setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
  • License through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
  • Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Previous school‑based or pediatric experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
