Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Saxophone Instructor to provide after‑school music lessons for students ranging from beginner to advanced levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in saxophone performance and instruction, with the ability to engage and support students of varying ages and skill levels.

• Provide individual instruction for beginners through advanced levels
• Teach small group saxophone instruction for beginners
• Tailor instruction to each student’s skill level and musical goals
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and IMSCC staff as needed
• Support student preparation for concerts, auditions, and performances

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching saxophone students at beginner through advanced levels
• Degree in music with saxophone as primary instrument
• Experience teaching clarinet is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

$62 / per hour
