Salary: $61,410 to $113,833 Per Year

We are seeking a highly motivated individual committed to providing high‑quality teaching to all students while fostering socio‑emotional growth. The ideal candidate should have experience as an elementary classroom teacher (grade 2–4 preferred) serving students of diverse needs and backgrounds. They should build strong relationships with students, teachers, staff, and families, be highly organized, reflective, and a lifelong learner.

• Provide rigorous instruction to a diverse population of students.
• Align instruction to district and state curriculum; assess students regularly for comprehension and adjust teaching accordingly.
• Create a classroom conducive to learning for all students, especially those learning English and with disabilities.
• Show patience, perseverance, creativity, excellent content knowledge, and a desire to prepare all students for success.
• Maintain current knowledge of curriculum content.
• Plan and assess curriculum and instruction effectively.
• Mentor students’ understanding of the curriculum and adjust instruction, materials, or assessments as needed.
• Manage classroom environment effectively.
• Instruction includes setting clear learning goals and employing appropriate instructional and questioning techniques.
• Use innovative approaches and instructional strategies, including technology, to increase student learning and confidence.
• Promote high standards and expectations for student achievement.
• Advance equity and appreciation of diversity, ensuring equitable opportunities for all students; implement strategies for students with special needs, 504 plans, and second language learners.
• Ensure equal educational opportunities for all individuals regardless of protected characteristics.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Massachusetts DESE license Elementary 1–6
• SEI Endorsement

• Teaching experience in the content area
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with special needs
• Ability to speak Albanian, Arabic, Nepali, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, or an African language
