Assistant Principal/Dean/Head
- Masters degree in an academic discipline, education, or educational administration
- Valid Massachusetts certification, SEI Endorsement
- Minimum of two years successful experience as a classroom teacher
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Supervision and evaluation of professional and support staff
- Monitor and coordinate student discipline in accordance with due process rights of students
- Assist the Principal in the development and implementation of the school budget
- Assist the Principal in fostering an atmosphere of high expectations and positive culture and climate
- Assist the Principal in generating positive parent and community involvement and the enhancement of parent and staff relations
- Collaborate with District Administration and teacher teams to coordinate, develop, implement and assess programming and curriculum
This is a school year plus twenty day position (203 days).
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 Per Year
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
