Job Description:

The position plays an important role in supporting Clark University's commitment to access, inclusion, and educational opportunity through student recruitment and outreach efforts.

Working in admissions at Clark means being part of a team that helps students find a place where they can thrive. Our work is rooted in the belief that education should be both rigorous and accessible, and that the college search goes beyond the transcript and focuses on fit, aspiration, and opportunity. At Clark, you'll be helping prospective students and families understand what makes this university distinctive: a tight-knit community, meaningful mentorship, hands-on learning, and the chance to graduate prepared to make an impact.

Clarkies are curious, creative, and committed to making a difference. They come from across the globe, from all backgrounds, and they each bring something unique to campus. Nearly one-third of our undergraduates identify as students of color, 18% are the first in their family to attend college, and Clark students represent more than 80 countries. With a 9:1 student-faculty ratio, small classes, and programs like the Fifth-Year Free master's degree, Clarkies connect their education to the world in ways that prepare them to lead and serve after graduation.

Clark seeks a candidate with strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, and a goal oriented-mindset.
