Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) — Part‑Time
Worcester Cultural Academy (WCA) is a growing charter public school that opened in August 2023 with a vision of becoming a K–8 community. We launched as a K‑4 school and have added a grade every year since—this fall we welcome our first 7th graders. As an Expeditionary Learning school, we believe in hands‑on learning that challenges students in mastery of knowledge and skills, character, and high‑quality work.
We partner with organizations like the Eco Tarium, Worcester Art Museum, and Hanover Theater and anchor our curriculum in Learning Expeditions that make learning meaningful and real. Every student—including those with speech and language needs—deserves full access to that kind of learning, and our SLP is essential to making that possible.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team in a part‑time role based at our Worcester campus. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, strong evaluation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and we welcome all candidates who reflect the cultural and linguistic diversity of our community.
Scheduleand Presence
This is a part‑time position. The ideal candidate will be on‑site at WCA for a minimum of 2 consistent days per week, with additional time as needed for evaluations, IEP meetings, and SLPA supervision. Specific scheduling will be determined collaboratively based on caseload needs and candidate availability.
