$120 Per Day (Substitute Scale )

We are seeking reliable and adaptable Elementary & Middle School Daily Substitute Teacher to manage classroom environments, implement lesson plans, and maintain continuity of instruction during the absence of regular classroom teachers.

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure consistent instruction.
• Maintain classroom management and discipline in accordance with school policies.
• Adapt to various teaching assignments and grade levels as needed.
• Communicate any pertinent information or feedback to school administrators.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in a classroom setting or working with children is advantageous.
• Strong classroom management abilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability to different educational environments.

• Background check and fingerprinting as required by Massachusetts regulations.
• Completion of any required training or certifications upon hire, including first aid, CPR, and behavior management training.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
