Job Description JOB GOALTo implement an intensive skill based educational program that is grounded in the principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA).
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in special education preferred
- Physical condition capable of managing behaviorally/physically challenging students
- Such alternatives to the above as the Director of Special Education may deem appropriate and acceptable
WORKS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF: Partner Classroom Teacher
SUPERVISED AND EVALUATED BY: Building Principal and/or Special Education Coordinator
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIESDaily:

Annually:
- 183 school year days @ 7.3 hours per day
- 15-18 ESY @ 4.5 hour days (depends on school calendar)
- first year only 4-5 days of NECC training
