Worcester Technical High School is soliciting applications for the school year. The successful applicant will be accountable for teaching students the Finance and Marketing Chapter 74 Career Vocational Technical Education (CVTE) state frameworks and curriculum disciplines.
Principal Responsibilities- Responsible for the development and implementation of departmental curriculum objectives and competencies.
- Responsible for the integration of the department’s curriculum where appropriate.
- Responsible for assuring equal educational opportunity to all individuals regardless of race, color, gender, age, religion, national origin, gender identity, marital status, sexual orientation, disability or homelessness.
- Performance of other job-related duties as assigned.
- Massachusetts DESE Chapter 74 teacher’s licensure in Marketing or ability to be licensed.
- SEI Endorsement.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Evidence of mastery of a wide variety of teacher competencies and the understanding of instructional techniques.
- Three years of full-time employment experience directly related to marketing.
- Advanced educational preparation.
- Evidence of educational leadership.
- OSHA Trainer.
- Evidence of good human relation skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with special needs.
- Ability to speak Albanian, Arabic, Nepali, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese or an African Language.
- Demonstrated experience with second language acquisition.

SalarySalary scale shown is based on the candidate meeting the requirements for Vocational Level
1. Potential to increase based on Vocational Educator Licensure and vocational credits.
