Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a certified Preschool Teachers to support children as they build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations in preparation for kindergarten. This is a great opportunity to join a founding teaching team and help shape a high-quality preschool program from the start.
Key Responsibilities- Implement structured learning activities supporting school readiness
- Promote early literacy, math reasoning, and social-emotional growth
- Guide children through learning centers and group instruction
- Maintain classroom routines and organization
- Partner with families through consistent communication
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Prior preschool classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- Collaborative and dependable teaching approach
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
