Creative Movement Instructor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate instructor who enjoys working with young children (ages 1-10) to teach Dance, Theatre, Yoga and Fitness-based programs. The program has flexible hours and is residency style with classes held on-site at variable locations in the area.

• High school diploma or college degree
• Reliable transportation
• 5+ years of experience in dance (tap, jazz, ballet) and/or theatre and/or yoga
• Teaching experience with children ages 1-10 is preferred
• Professional certification in yoga is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Able to motivate, manage and inspire young students

• Teach Dance, Theatre, Yoga and Fitness-based programs to children aged 1-10
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in on-site locations with flexible scheduling
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and program staff
