Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete a full academic day in roughly two hours using adaptive technology. There are no lectures or textbooks.

Your role focuses on what technology cannot replicate: developing Pre‑K through 8th grade students' life competencies such as public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. You will spend half your time facilitating hands‑on workshops guided by structured curricula and narrative techniques. The remaining time involves meeting with students individually or in small groups, analyzing their adaptive learning progress via Coachbot analytics, and supporting them to achieve 100% of weekly objectives.

This position is selective. During your first year, you will become proficient in the framework: workshop facilitation, individual motivation coaching, mastery evaluation, and consistently holding students accountable to complete goal achievement. Demonstrate excellence in these areas and advancement to Lead Guide becomes accessible. You must bring warmth, executive presence, and unwavering standards.

• Facilitating one-hour life competency workshops covering public speaking, concentration, teamwork, and feedback skills, adjusting your delivery and energy to suit Pre‑K–8th grade developmental stages
• Conducting daily individual and small-group coaching sessions to review student progress in adaptive learning platforms (via Coachbot analytics), establish objectives, and support students in reaching 100% of weekly benchmarks
• Overseeing and assessing Test2
  
  Pass evaluations to verify genuine mastery of each life skill rather than mere attendance
• Implementing focused interventions when students lag academically or in participation—diagnosing underlying issues and developing corrective action plans
• Cultivating authentic connections with each student to establish the trust necessary for coaching through resistance, lack of focus, and uncertainty

• Delivering lectures or conventional academic content (core academics are learned through adaptive platforms, not instructor‑led teaching)
• Creating original lesson plans or curriculum materials (Alpha supplies life skills frameworks; your responsibility is energetic, story‑driven execution)
• Handling parent communications or administrative operations (Campus Leads manage these functions; your attention remains on student development)
• Evaluating assignments or preparing students for standardized tests (these elements do not exist in our model)
• Operating independently (you collaborate within a campus team including Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who exchange feedback and maintain mutual accountability)

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with Pre‑K–8th grade students (in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program management).
• Demonstrated experience motivating or coaching Pre‑K–8 students toward measurable academic, behavioral, athletic, or extracurricular objectives, with at least one concrete example you can articulate (including the objective, your interventions, and the result).
