• Level of studies:
  Engineering or Master's degree in Industrial engineering, technical fields or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  1 year of experience or internships in a similar area.
• Languages:
  
  Fluent in English & French.

• Personal management: Follow company hygiene and safety rules.
• Internal audits and Lean: Participate in internal audits and Lean activities.
• Workshops and meetings: Participate in workshops and meetings.
• Benchmarking studies: Participate in benchmarking studies when requested.
• Wrike activity: Manage Wrike activity and fulfillment.
• Manufacturing design preparation: Create industrial 2‑D drawings and relevant deliverables; analyze and prepare design‑change requests according to internal and customer drawings.
• Engineering change management (ECR processing): Process ECR and ECO for engineering changes and new drawings; identify, catalogue, and analyze documents, standards, and specifications; manage PN follow‑up file; identify new components and related tasks for new PN creations and registration; ensure compliance with DFM rules.
• Analytical & problem solving: Identify new crimping combinations and make appropriate requests; analyze handling manuals, supplier and customer specifications, and related standards; perform splice and DC matrix analyses; support problem analysis; participate in claims management (8‑D, 5‑Whys).
• Communication & team working: Communicate with CSC for change implementation; support Yazaki production plants, other functional units, customer drawing processing, customer request analysis, and ECR creation.
• VA/VE and DFM activities: Support cost‑reduction activities; prepare analyses for DFM, participate in follow‑up meetings, and ensure implementation of assigned actions.
• Processes, policies, and procedures: Comply with all company processes, policies, and procedures both locally and centrally.
