Metallurgical Lab Supervisor/Metallurgist
This position is responsible for overseeing and conducting metallurgical laboratory operations, ensuring the quality and accuracy of metallurgical analyses, and managing a team of laboratory technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring laboratory staff
- Conducting complex metallurgical tests and analyses
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Developing and implementing laboratory procedures
- Reporting results and providing technical support to production teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a metallurgical laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of metallurgical processes and analytical techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
