Description
Terraphase Engineering is an environmental consulting company seeking a Massachusetts LSP for a senior-level position to facilitate the expansion of our New England Operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, visionary professional with a desire to play a pivotal role in shaping our local and corporate growth strategies. You will have the freedom and autonomy to develop your own practice area within Terraphase by leveraging our cutting‑edge operational, managerial, and technical resources across the company and carve out a niche that aligns with your passion and expertise.
Your role will include direct access to and meaningful collaboration with our Leadership Team to create a supportive environment where your staff can continuously develop and thrive within the environmental industry.
The Role
- Direct and manage site investigation and remediation projects compliant with MA regulations;
- Provide LSP certification for MCP projects;
- Provide technical and project management leadership for projects across the nation;
- Lead and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients;

- Identify and recruit key staff for growth;
- Identify and implement growth strategies;
- Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables;
- Lead national RFP responses.
Who You Are
- LSP Certification
- Hold an advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a similar field.
- 15+ years of experience in the Environmental industry
- State and federal-level regulatory expertise is required.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills
- Established knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic knowledge of clientele and environmental consulting industry.
- Prior project management experience, business development skills, experience with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and a strong relationship with industrial and commercial clients are required.
- Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS) experience preferred
Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.
$145,000 — $200,000 USD
