Building Evolution is looking for a team member with:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience in project management.
• The demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and team members to progress projects, provide guidance, solve problems.
• Technical understanding of high-performance building of Mechanical and Enclosure systems.
• Deep understanding of building science including psychometrics as applied to building enclosures, building pressure dynamics, diagnostic testing, and interaction of HVAC and building enclosure systems.
• Develop and write reports that detail building components as well as describe energy efficiency measures to improve design and control for new and existing facilities.
• Performing on-site inspections and testing involving visual observation and diagnostic testing of building performance issues, enclosure/mechanical system failures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with ability to lead meetings and present technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems in a dynamic project environment.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems commissioning and in-field trouble shooting is beneficial.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• 5+ years of licensed experience in engineering HVAC systems

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000, commensurate with experience.
