Building Evolution Is Looking For a Team Member With- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in project management.
- The demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and team members to progress projects, provide guidance, solve problems.
- Technical understanding of high-performance building of Mechanical and Enclosure systems.
- Deep understanding of building science including psychometrics as applied to building enclosures, building pressure dynamics, diagnostic testing, and interaction of HVAC and building enclosure systems.
- Develop and write reports that detail building components as well as describe energy efficiency measures to improve design and control for new and existing facilities.
- Performing on-site inspections and testing involving visual observation and diagnostic testing of building performance issues, enclosure/mechanical system failures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems commissioning and in-field trouble shooting is beneficial.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- 5+ years of licensed experience in engineering HVAC systems
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000, commensurate with experience.
