TEC is seeking a Structural Team Leader to join us as our Bridge Team Leader in our Worcester, MA office!

What you’ll bring to the team:
- A proven ability (and passion) for coaching, mentoring, and elevating engineering staff
- Strong engineering skills in bridge design and structural calculations
- The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple project tasks, and drive assignments to the finish line
- Strong verbal and written skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and present confidently to clients
Qualifications:
- BS in civil engineering or related field
- Licensed PE required (or ability to obtain PE within first 6 months)
- 8+ yrs related experience with transportation related structures
- Familiarity with AASHTO and MassDOT design manuals, standards and procedures
