Bachelor's degree in Engineering

7+ years of process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.

Experience in one or more of the following industries:

• wire and cable; RF/microwave components
• medical device manufacturing
• fiber optics
• flexible circuits
• electrical connectors
• aerospace and defense manufacturing
• precision industrial automation.

Experience leading manufacturing process development and product launch activities.

Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, motor drives, and industrial controls.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
