Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Team Rep are to answer phone calls and provide basic product information and order status to our customers and sales representative. This position will enter orders and process to credit, manufacturing and transportation, and purchasing.

Job Duties

• Answer Customer and Sales Reps phone calls.

• Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries.

• Communicate order information to sales, service, credit and transportation.

• Provide basic product information to customer.

• Provide answers to Policy and Procedure questions.

• Issue pick-ups/returns.

• Review and verify order submittal criteria.

• Enter orders and process orders to credit, manufacturing and transportation.

• Coordinate order expediting.

• Coordinate order revisions.

• Process approved sales samples.

• Process production and paper pilot orders for Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service sexperience

• Experience with Lotus Notes, AS400, or similar ERP

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Manufacturing site: must adhere to safety equipment policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
