AGS is looking for a Field Service Technician to help keep the game going. If you're excited about working with cutting‑edge gaming equipment, solving puzzles, and delivering top‑notch customer service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
  • Tech‑Savvy Tasks: Installing, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment.
  • Maintenance Master: Performing preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Report Wizard: Completing paperwork and reports promptly, accurately, and in a detailed manner.
  • Customer Service Champion: Providing best‑in‑the‑business service to internal and external customers.
  • Troubleshooting Superstar: Fixing service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalating issues when needed.
  • Inventory Hero: Keeping track of necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of operations.
  • On‑Call Rotation: Participating in a weekly on‑call rotation with fellow technicians for 24/7 support.
  • Safety First: Following all safety protocols and remaining calm in high‑energy environments.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • License to Drive: Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
  • Tech

    Skills:

    Problem‑solving ability with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
  • Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking; gaming experience is a bonus.
  • Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexibility: Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; accommodate a sometimes changing schedule.
  • Compliance: Ability to obtain license through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) or other gaming jurisdictions where we operate.
