The Box Office Floating Supervisor is a versatile, multi-functional role designed to provide support across multiple areas of box office and event operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of capacities, including Ticket Seller, Event Supervisor, and Seasonal Outdoor Ice Rink Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a dependable, customer-focused leader who can adapt quickly to changing operational needs, provide excellent guest service, support staff, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage both front-line customer interactions and supervisory responsibilities.
