The contractor shall provide Accountants with the following qualifications:

• An accounting degree
• Minimum five years of federal accounting experience, including two years DoD accounting
• Detailed knowledge of the United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL), OMB A-136 reporting requirements, experience with the Treasury Financial Manual (TFM) and DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

Accountants must be able to compile and analyze large and complex data sets using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.

Property Accountants should have experience with DoD property reporting, including knowledge of applicable rules and regulations such as DoD FMR and SFFAS.

Proprietary Accountants need experience with Federal Financial Statements and Agency Financial Reports, including Federal Budgetary Financial Statements like the Statement of Budgetary Resources.

Typically works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a program independently. Senior labor category may oversee less senior staff or all staff assigned to a specific job.

  Experience with OMB A-123 Internal Control, ICOFR & ICOFS, IPERIA, risk assessments, IT controls testing per FISCAM, CUECs, SSAEs related to third-party providers
• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
