Finance Analyst

Financial Analyst‑Level 1 position based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1‑year contract assignment. It is a W‑2 position. You will assist with analysis and project management of regulated utility activities across the Utility's Transmission department. Your work will support forecast consolidation, benchmarking, operational cost effectiveness, project execution, project debt, and financial structuring needs.

You will support Senior Management decision‑making by financial modeling, including revenue requirement and customer bill impacts, discounted cash flow analysis and financial statement modeling. You will identify and conduct moderately complex analyses of financial impacts of issues and decisions facing the company.

You will propose strategies to maximize financial performance of the company.

• Identify, analyze, and communicate to management the impact on the financial structure, profitability, financial integrity, and competitive position using relevant analytical methods and department's forecasting models
• Provide financial analysis support for multiple projects, calculating revenue requirements, net present value, customer bill impact
• Provide support, and financial training for the departments requiring these services
• Perform financial analyses by management or regulatory bodies
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations to be provided to Senior and Executive Management

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of financial modeling, revenue requirement, customer bill impacts, discounted cash flow analysis and financial statement modeling.
• SAP reporting Tools (BOBJ) is desirable.
• Experience with Utilities International (UI) is desirable.
• Read and analyze financial statements
