• Manage the end-to-end capital lifecycle, including supporting the monthly close process and performing Construction-In-Progress (CIP) reconciliations
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to validate capital spending against forecasts
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) regulations by maintaining capital finance documentation
• Support internal audit activities related to capital expenditures
• Drive process improvements and automation between Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and the General Ledger

• 2-5 years of experience in finance, specifically within real estate construction or capital deployment
• Strong knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP)
• Familiarity with the Construction‑In‑Progress (CIP) lifecycle and fixed asset subledgers
• Proven ability to drive process improvements while managing tight deadlines
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Experience in a large-scale multinational public reporting environment
• Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems
