What You’ll Do- Lead and manage actuarial projects from initial analysis through final delivery
- Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting using Excel and R
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner directly with clients, brokers, auditors, and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior actuarial staff and review technical work products
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Develop documentation for models, methodologies, and data processes
- Contribute to business development efforts, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of actuarial experience in areas such as pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, ERM, or reinsurance
- ACAS designation with continued progress toward FCAS preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced expertise in R
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Hybrid or remote flexibility, depending on experience
