Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, KPIs, and executive presentations
• Partner with department leaders to monitor spending, optimize costs, and improve financial outcomes
• Support board, investor, and executive reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements, automation, and enhancements in financial reporting and planning systems
• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and profitability assessments
• Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal financial policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or related certification preferred
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Net Suite)
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
