FP&A Analyst – Business & Strategy

As a senior FP&A analyst, you will drive comprehensive financial analysis and support across assigned business units. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for designated business units.
• Building and maintaining dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance and guide decision‑making.
• Conducting variance analysis and creating reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Interpreting complex data sets and delivering actionable insights to business partners.
• Collaborating with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to ensure alignment on financial assumptions and reporting.
• Assisting in the development of business cases for investments and operational initiatives.
• Contributing to pricing and profitability analyses for products and services.
• Identifying process improvement areas and supporting the implementation of enhancements.
• Participating in cross‑functional projects and initiatives that support strategic business goals.

What you’ve done and the skills you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of relevant FP&A or related financial experience.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Exposure to high‑growth or PE‑backed business models.
• Familiarity with investment analysis and business‑case development.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, or Claude is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, margin, etc.).
• Excellent judgment, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Capacity to synthesize financial and operational data into concise insights.
• Detail‑oriented and highly accurate with a commitment to data integrity.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and FP&A analytical tools.
• Collaborative mindset focused on business impact.

Work Environment & Other Requirements:

• Travel: up to 10%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
