- Prepare financial statements for multiple domestic and offshore fund families, including updating portfolio investment schedules, partner equity allocations, and analyzing complex investment transactions
- Assist with the internal semi-annual portfolio review process by analyzing and tracking partnership and portfolio company financial performance
- Monitor compliance with partnership agreements and related financial requirements
- Support audit processes, tax return reviews, fundraising activities, and annual investor meeting preparation
- Determine partnership cash needs and initiate capital calls as needed
- Electronically distribute financial statements, K-1s, capital call notices, and distribution notices to Limited Partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of full-time professional experience
