Sales & Operations Executive – Invoice Finance

Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Financial Services to businesses requires a Sales & Operations Executive to join their team.

• Liasing with the sales team and operations team in the take on process.
• Setting up accounts.
• Loading client and ledger information.
• Ensuring conditions are met and information is received prior to take on and reporting if not.
• Carrying out verification prior to first payment.
• Interfactor transfers (i.e. Letters raised to interfactors).
• Completing handover from the first payment to the relationship managers.
• Ensuring files are signed and completed for audit purposes.
• Raising legal docs when required.
• Completing personal and company searches.
• Ensure all data is recorded completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

• 2+ years of office administration experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience working within an Invoice Finance facility would be beneficial however not essential.
