Senior Capital Financing, Pricing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and development of Robotics pricing proposals that include financing, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication to the field sales organization.
• Analyze financial data and perform margin calculations to support rebate strategies that help customers fund capital purchases and leasing arrangements.
• Partner with third-party finance providers to align leasing structures and clearly communicate financial impacts to internal stakeholders.
• Build and enhance financial models supporting rental pricing, volume-based agreements, and capital program strategies.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Legal teams to structure agreements, including customized terms and conditions.
• Prepare and analyze sales, margin, and account-level reporting to support rebate programs tied to Robotics capital.
• Develop management dashboards to track program performance, financing impact, and revenue contribution.
• Identify and recommend new financial models and process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and profitable growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, capital equipment, or leasing environments.
• Experience supporting a field-based sales organization (preferred).
• Knowledge of capital leasing structures and financing models (preferred).
• Understanding of business and contract law fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to make independent business decisions with sound judgment.
