Accounts Receivable Analyst

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in Worcester, MA seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team.

• Assisting people experiencing homelessness, this nonprofit has assisted almost 100,000 people transition into housing
• Founded over 30 years ago in Massachusetts, they now have operations in all six New England States and locations in the Midwest
• They offer a variety of services including transitional care, long-term programs, and employment training

• Produce accurate and effective analytics and create analytical models for decision support.
• Assist in the development and execution of the annual operating revenue budget
• Update, maintain, and optimize financial models for cash flow forecasts, revenue recognition, and Accounts Receivable Aging.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and Revenue Cycle metric tracking
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends to budget and past performance to better help Management understand areas of financial risk and opportunity as it relates to top line revenue
• Execute best practice enhancements to improve modeling, reporting, forecasting and budgeting outputs by leveraging existing functionality within Adaptive Insights and Increase productivity by developing automated reporting tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)
• 3+ years of experience an accounts receivable role
• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• AdvancedMD is a plus but not a requirement

$70,000 – 80,000 depending on experience
