About the Role
Business Analyst Level 1 contract assignment for 6 months (W-2). Work with client Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and vendors to prepare and implement lobbying and political consultant contracts. Requires concise writing, proofreading and editing. Team environment. Paralegal background beneficial. Reports to onsite Manager.

- Ensure retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
- Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
- Ensure proper coding of invoices and payment of vendors.
- Prepare requests for political contributions and track on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site.
- Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions.
- Follow established workflows and guidelines, understand office procedures and practices.
- Clear and concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Background working as a paralegal could be beneficial.

Base salary range: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications and skills.
