- Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document evaluations, treatment goals and progress.
- Act as a resource and promote physical therapy in the community.
- Work in a physically demanding, high‑energy environment.
- Graduate of an APTA‑approved Physical Therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to travel within Worcester and surrounding areas (50% travel).
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform full range of body motion.

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.
