We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to help patients regain mobility and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Location: Worcester, MA
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (or per facility need)
Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility)
RequirementsActive Physical Therapist License (Massachusetts)
BLS certification (required)
New graduates welcome to apply
SNF experience preferred
Must provide negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to start date (results must be issued 48 hours prior to start)
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and create individualized therapy plans
Deliver therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Collaborate with PTAs, nurses, and other interdisciplinary staff
Document patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
Educate patients and families on safe mobility techniques and home programs
