Physical Therapist Assistant – Per Diem

Notre Dame Health Care Center – Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a PTA, you will provide exceptional care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Weekend availability preferred.

• Promote and maintain health of residents/patients by providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Direct resident participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.

• Licensed as required in the state of practice (license issued by the State Board of Physical Therapy).
• Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from an APTA accredited program and accredited by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy.
• Experience working in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
