Overview
A rapidly growing cardiology Medical Device organization is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead growth across Massachusetts
.
This is a field-based role focused on building new business and developing long-term partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and clinical stakeholders. The company is known for delivering innovative cardiac solutions that improve patient outcomes and support clinicians in their daily practice.
Responsibilities- Own and grow the Massachusetts territory
- Develop strong, face-to-face relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare leaders
- Drive new customer acquisition while expanding existing accounts
- Represent a highly respected and fast-growing organization in the cardiology space
- 5-10 years of sales experience (cardiology, medtech, or healthcare technology preferred)
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Relationship-led, consultative sales approach
- Existing network in the cardiology space
- Hunter mindset and mentality
