Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with specialization in Psychiatry
• Proven experience in psychiatric assessment and management
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Knowledge of safety protocols and crisis intervention

• Certification in Addictions or other specialized mental health fields
• Experience working in inpatient psychiatric settings
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Training in de-escalation techniques and CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention)

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing practice
• Prior experience in inpatient mental health facilities

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Willingness to adhere to all hospital policies and state regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential evening or weekend shifts
