The Registered General Ultrasound Sonographer job requires the sonographer/technologist to utilize high‑frequency sound waves to produce ultrasound images and related data used by physicians to render a medical diagnosis. The sonographer must have graduated from a CAAHEP‑Accredited program in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography profession pathway and hold a valid, accrediting body‑recognized credential in the following:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential with a breast (BR) specialty.
