This is a great position for a newly licensed Master’s level clinician as supervision for Independent Licensure will be provided. Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets. Check out our new rates!

The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children’s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home therapeutic interventions and supporting families to improve youth behavioral outcomes, engaging with caregivers to understand family dynamics, and fostering clear communication about child needs and progress.

• Master s degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

• Option of a traditional 5 day or 4 Day work week. Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday

• Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000;
  Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity
• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
