. As a Behavior Technician at BCI, you’ll help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills through a play‑based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA).

- Full‑time workers earn up to 15 days of paid time off after 90 days of employment.

Job details:
- Work with children 1–22 years old with autism and special needs in their homes or at our centers.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Transportation:
Reliable transportation, Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred. - Schedule:
Part‑time M‑F 3pm‑7pm or 3:30pm‑6:30pm;
Full‑time M‑F 8am‑6pm or 9am‑7pm. - Starting pay at $22/hr and up with experience.
- Eligible to earn (RBT) certification.
- Minimum age 18 (on or before the first day of employment).
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Availability for a consistent weekly schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Bonus: bilingual, English/Spanish fluency; studied/majored/minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or related field.
- Bonus: experience working with children (babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, etc.).
- Bonus: experience training/skills for career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech‑language pathology, counseling, mental health, parenting.
- Bonus: commitment to create lasting, positive change for children and families.
Physical requirements:
may need to push, pull, lift up to 35 lbs, sit on floor, stoop, stand, walk, run.
