Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA – ABA Centers of America
Location: Worchester, MA
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 base salary
Relocation Package: Up to $15K
Student Loan Forgiveness: Up to $24K

- Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs.
- Oversee the implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
- Other typical BCBA activities.
- Master’s degree.
- Active BCBA certification, required.
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
- Student‑loan repayment program for existing loans (up to $24,000 total - $1,000 per month).
