Full‑Time Physical Therapist

Symbria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full‑Time Physical Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at Briarwood Outpatient in Worcester, MA.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function. You will work closely with individuals to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and maintain productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve critical patient outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner within the community you serve.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is a plus.
