Join Our Team as a Part-Time Physical Therapist at Briarwood Outpatient in Worcester, MA. Symbria Rehab is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our employee-owned team.

We look for someone passionate about helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve physical function. New graduates are encouraged to apply; we provide mentorship, training, and hands‑on experience.

• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Set goals, track progress, and maintain productivity standards.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and work closely with an interdisciplinary team.

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Holds a valid state license (or is in the process of obtaining one if a recent graduate).
• Previous experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus but is not required.
• Passion for working with patients and making a meaningful impact in their recovery journey.
