We have developed a comprehensive approach to accomplishing our mission which includes advocacy for social change and justice for survivors, leading legislative initiatives at national, state, and local levels, providing training and consulting services to community-based partners such as medical providers, social services agencies, and law enforcement, and developing and delivering education and outreach services for community members and academic institutions.

We are looking for candidates excited to join a growing organization working to change the traditional model of recovery to meet the unique needs of women with histories of exploitation in the sex trade.

Successful candidates must be open to learning how to implement a multifaceted treatment model, enthusiastic about helping women build their own paths to recovery and committed to creating a culture that promotes social change, reduces inequality for survivors and people in recovery, and embraces autonomy of patients in their own treatment.
