Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN LTC Therapy:
Worcester

Worcester, MA – $50–$55/hour

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide high-quality therapy services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies to maximize resident independence
• Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate resident care
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Flexible PRN scheduling
• Collaborative rehabilitation team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
• Opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
• Supportive leadership and resident-centered care environment

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
