Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to join our team in our skilled nursing facility.
In this role, you will help create meaningful daily activities and provide hands‑on support to residents while working closely with the Activities Director.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily recreational and social activities for residents
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Help set up and clean up activity areas
- Provide hands‑on involvement during scheduled programs
- Maintain activity participation records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary staff
- Prior experience working with elderly residents or patients preferred
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Compassionate and energetic personality
Salary: $17-$18 per hour
