We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled nursing and post‑acute care setting.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility programs
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to achieve resident goals
• Observe resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Flexible PRN scheduling
• Collaborative rehab team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
• Opportunity to work with both short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care residents
• Supportive clinical leadership and positive team culture

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
