Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Worcester Ready Med Plus location. Join us to help invent the future of health care and expand health programs across the entire continuum of care.

Full Time, 36 hours per week – Three 12‑hour shifts per week, with rotating holidays and weekends. Worcester, MA.

Same Day Services (Urgent Care)

• Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including taking and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, height, and weight.
• Assist the physician and other staff with simple to moderate clinical/diagnostic procedures such as urine cultures, pregnancy tests, and throat cultures.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits.
• Perform a variety of clerical functions to support office operations.
• Perform related duties to facilitate efficient use of computer‑based information.

• Education or on‑the‑job training as a Medical Assistant.
• Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS–CPR) or completion within 90 days of hire for positions in direct patient care areas.

• Certified Medical Assistant.

Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour for full‑time employment. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility), and other incentive options.
