Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor vital signs and report changes

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team
Follow care plans and maintain client dignity

Requirements & Qualifications

Current CNA certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently
Background check and drug screening required
